The following is the installation process for the Warn Winch Bumper for the RZR.
After you’ve removed the front plastic access panel, bolt the front mounting plate using a washer against the head of the bolt, and a washer on the back side beneath the locking nut.
Slide the mounting brace against the two vertical portions of the frame and loosely tighten the u-blots against the frame and support brace. Place a washer and a locking nut on the back side. You will repeat this process three times.
Next place the bumper against the front bracket, and using the side bolts, place the washers on top of the inside lip of the bumper and thread the bolts through the bracket and bumper and tighten using the locking nuts. Hand tighten everything at this point and repeat three times.
Next, position the frame mount against the support braces and slide the bolts through the two holes with the washers underneath the bolt heads and the washers on the backside held on by the locking nuts. Repeat the process on the other side, hand tighten all bolts at first.
Next, position the bumper as level as possible and tighten the two bolts on the front mounting plate. Tighten the bolts fully when the bumper is level with the plastic body lines.
Next, tighten up the bolts that hold the front brace up against the bumper.
Make sure the U-bolts are not bound up up against the frame. Then tighten the side mounting brackets on both sides.
Next, carefully tighten the U-Bolts one at a time. There are four of these so you will repeat this three more times. Repeat the same process on the other side, and the installation is complete!
