The Extreme Metal Products Polaris RZR Winch Bumper will fit the 2008-2013 RZR and RZR-S models.
The first step in the installation process is to place the support brace between the two down bars. There are cutouts that make it fit snug against the tow bars.
The brace is held in place with two u-bolts, two washers and two nuts. Repeat the same process on the other side.
The next stop in the installation process is mounting the side braces on the back of the bumper. There are two bolts that go through the back of the bumper and one bolt that goes through the top of the bumper. Repeat the process on the other side.
Slide the braces alongside the mounting braces, if you have a 2011 or newer model, you can use the rubber strips to protect the plastics from the bumper.
Install the three bolts through the bumper braces and mounting bar, two through the side braces and one through the top of the bumper braces.
The last step is to bolt the lower mounting plate against the frame and lower lip at the center of the bumper.
Tighten up all bolts and add your winch or flood lights (or both) and enjoy!
