The Doors Come with all necessary hardware to complete the installation.The instructions included in the installation are well written but poorly photographed. The screen shots from this install video are much clearer and in conjunction with the Pro Armor instruction pages should make the installation a piece of cake.
The first step in the installation is to remove the seats from the interior. Then remove the star pattern screws that hold the nets to the plastic interior panels.Remove the bolts that hold the A-pillars together.
Remove the star bolts that hold the plastics on covering the ends of the seat mounts.
Remove the bracket that attaches the rear seat bar to the rear section of the cage and remove the rear seat bar.Loosely mount the front door frame to the A-pillar.To install the latch mechanism onto the bracket, first install the hex bolt through the center hole in the bracket and thread the nut on. Next, align the two holes in the door latch to the two holes in the mounting bracket.Install the two hex bolts and nuts through the holes in the bracket and latch mechanism.Next, thread the large nut onto the door latch pin.Do the same with the other latch and mounting brackets
Remove the large bolts located behind the rear seats.Drop the flat tab nut in the slot behind the B-pillar.Use the remaining hex bolts to mount the front and rear door frames to the pillars.The doors loosely mounted to the vehicle, look like this.Install the front and rear latching mechanisms in the correct locations.The installed doors look like this.
